Kingston Key is a 12-acre turnkey paradise of breathtaking views and quiet retreat nestled among one of the most pristine wildlife estuaries along the east coast of South Carolina. There are eight home sites, all with utilities and permits in place, that encircle the island, each ranging from 0.75 to 1.2 acres in size. Each site reveals panoramic views of scenic ocean, other lush islands, the Morgan river, or the blue-green salt marshes along the causeway. The Island offers rare access by yacht or by car through a gated, locked, private causeway of half a mile of paved road lined with palm trees.
