45 foot boat slip with an allowable 6 foot overhand at Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor. Slip will accommodate a 51' vessel or two smaller boats. D-16 is five slips from the end of dock and allows for easy ingress and egress. Amenities includes electric, water and cable access, with the electric usage billed to the slip owners quarterly and water/cable included in monthly fee. Also included is a gated parking lot off 41st Avenue, Isle of Palms, as well as The Halfway House facility with bathroom and shower access.
