The open concept living room gives the unit such a spacious feeling. This 1 bedroom cottage is being sold mostly furnished and could be yours instead of renting for years to come. 2 Ceiling fan takes advantage of the free see breezes and a little electric chill chaser for the cooler nights. Parking for 2 cars. The Greenland’s has had families coming for generations to the quaint seaside seasonal community. The Greenland’s is open from May 15th to Columbus Day Holiday in October. Short walk around the corner to Plaice Cove Beach and the activities of the North Beach area. The cottage is located on leased land with private leases from the park owners the Fanning Family who have owned it for over 80 years. No pets or rentals allowed.
