1.28 Acres of vacant land on Route 50 Eastbound between Almshouse Road and Sanderstown Road. Undergrowth and small trees have been cleared and woodchips spread for easy access. Property does not have a SDA and therefore is not a buildable lot at this time. A 3 bedroom SDA application has been made for this 2026 wet season testing. Property will also need a driveway connection to Route 50 (an approved SDA will block access from the existing shared driveway).
