In 2026 Labor Day is Sept 7th. 2 bedrooms both with private in suite full baths, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table and living room with a sleeper couch, Unit sleeps 6. You also get your very own fenced in courtyard patio area with your very own hot tub!! Everything is included, all utilities, linens, towels, paper products etc. You just pay the one small yearly fee each year and that's it! You get a prime vacation week at the beach every year!! Not only are you close to the beach and bay, but this vibrant community offers plenty of amenities including outdoor pool, heated Indoor pool, exercise room & sauna, pickleball & tennis courts, basketball, as well as in close proximity to Northside Park, plenty of restaurants, shopping and groceries. For your convenience linens and towels are provided as well as free wi-fi and free parking. Deeded and can be yours for your enjoyment or you have the option to let friends and family rent it or join trading company to travel to other locations.!! Week is always #35 and Fri-Fri (actual dates vary each year). If by chance you can't use it, one year you can let your family use it or rent it. Call for all the details.
