The 2025 National Agent Summit for Lake Homes Realty, parent company of Beach Homes Realty, took place September 29 – October 3 in Hoover, Alabama, uniting more than 150 agents from across the nation. Participants engaged in sessions centered on team-building, marketing innovation, and sales strategies designed for success in niche real estate markets.
This year’s Summit marked a significant milestone as the first collaborative event with Mountain Homes Realty, the company’s sister brokerage that officially launched in June 2025. Together with Beach Homes Realty, the three brokerages honored the accomplishments of over 80 agents, presenting multiple awards—including the distinguished Agent of the Year recognition.
