A new venture has been launched by Lake Homes Realty, a firm based in Hoover and known as the top brokerage for lakefront properties nationwide. The expansion into the mountain homes market led to the creation of Mountain Homes Realty, an independent brokerage serving clients across 21 states. Their online platform, MountainHomesRealty.com, currently displays over $100 billion worth of mountain properties.
In 2023, the firm launched Beach Homes Realty, which focuses on oceanfront and coastal properties. With Lake Homes Realty and Beach Homes Realty already established, the addition of Mountain Homes Realty now extends the brand’s reach to 40 states.
CEO Glenn Phillips said, as with the other sites, this one is geared toward making searches and purchases easier for distant buyers. “Across all our specialty brands we’ve learned how to connect local and out-of-state buyers with unique lifestyle properties,” he said. “The purchaser of a mountain home may live hundreds of miles away and scan listings in several states at once.” – AL.com
