Casa Marina Boat Slip #7 with 10,000 lb. lift. A licensed contractor installed 2 new motors and a new GEM remote control box is scheduled to be installed the week of February 20th. The lift was inspected & greased by Stokes Marine on 2/12/24. A new GFI outlet, new electrical feeds & breakers were installed by the Casa Marina Boating Association. The walkway between Slips 6 & 7 is on the marine contractor's schedule for repair. This slip has been fitted for 2 jet-skis, but it can be easily changed to accommodate a regular boat up to 28'.
