Great park! Great location! You can't get closer to the beach than at this park! Just over the bridge and you are on the BEACH! Very low maintenance fees, only $250 @ quarter! The park has been cleared, electric, sewer and water are completed. The docks will need to be rebuilt. The docks are first come first serve. They had 22-25 slips depending on the boat size. This is a 55 and older park! Through September 2025 you may use your own RV on the lot but you can not rent it out. New homes will need to meet FEMA standards which will be 8-10 feet off the ground. Gulf Cove is zoned MH-2 which means mobile home or Park Models only. This is a CO-OP park which means you own 1/60th of the park. CO-OP's are not financeable so cash only!
