When you enter the property, you will notice the newly beautiful, landscaped grounds. The security gate there is a dog park on the left along with 2 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. There is assigned parking on the right. The community has 2-16 story buildings of 75 units in each. The pool, hot tubs and clubhouse are located on the left. The buildings face the bay and individually owned boat docks which includes a fishing pier and kayak launch available for all owners. There are also grills and bike racks for your use. The buildings are entered using an assigned code.
