Tile flooring in the main living space and carpet in the primary bedroom. 1 assigned parking, common laundry, elevator in the building, storage closet, rental are 3 month minimum and 7 month maximum after 1 year. No trucks, no pets, service animal with proper documentation. Close to pretty much everything. Beaches, parks, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, hospital, train station, PBI airport, and of course Dunkin donuts and a cute Beach House Boutique's.
