Allison has a lifelong connection to the Gulf Coast, spending her childhood visiting her family’s beach home on West Beach in Gulf Shores. Her real estate career began in 1997 in Montgomery, Alabama, and she later worked in Gulf Shores, where she founded her own real estate firm. After Hurricane Ivan, she relocated to Birmingham, where she raised her children, who graduated from Mountain Brook High School.
As an award-winning agent with Lake Homes Realty, Allison specialized in second homes and resort properties on Lake Tuscaloosa, earning her reputation as “The Lake Agent.”
Now, she is excited to return to the Gulf Coast as part of Beach Homes Realty, focusing on Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Ono Island, Dauphin Island, and Fairhope’s waterfront properties.
A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in interior design, Allison pairs her design expertise with over two decades of real estate experience to provide creative strategies for buying and selling homes. Her dedication to learning and professional development has earned her numerous certifications, including distinctions in residential sales, buyer representation, and marketing. Allison has also earned the CRS designation, a distinction achieved by only 3% of all real estate agents.
Beyond real estate, Allison has a long history of community involvement. She served on the boards of Baldwin County Child Protect and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and participated in Leadership Baldwin County. Now living in Fairhope, she continues to be active in her community while enjoying her passions for writing, painting abstracts and water scenes, and embracing the Gulf Coast lifestyle.
Allison is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, offering exceptional service and unmatched expertise. She prides herself on building lasting relationships with clients who return to her for guidance time and again. For Allison, every transaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional results.
