This house is one of the highest points in Texas City. It never came close to flooding. Sliding gate on privacy fence to access backyard for boats , RV's, or campers. The oak tree in the back started growing in 1759 which is now approximately 264 years old and probably the oldest tree in the whole Houston-Galveston area.
