Boat Slip 44' x 16'. Dock 18 Slip 44. Located at The Wharf on Clear Lake. HOA fee is only $45 per month and includes water at your slip, swimming pool, lockers, restrooms, showers, parking available at the marina, laundry facilities, grounds maintenance. Tenant must pay for any electricity that they use at their slip. Owner cannot live on the boat for more than 72 hours at a time. Owners are allowed to build a boat lift and/or a floating dock. You are not allowed to put a roof over your slip. No short term rentals. Buyer must become a member of the HOA. Sewer pump out is available at the marina. Electricity is billed back at 14 cents per kilowatt.
