Sunilandings is a community situated around a canal system leading into Carancahua Bay. Conveniently located in the Olivia/Port Alto area. Sunilandings has access to a community water and sewer service. Electricity service available from JEC: Jackson Electric Co-op. Phone and internet service are also available. Property owners here can join the Port Alto Marina Association. Members have access to the private boat ramp and dock. There is a marine fuel station in the harbor. Non- members can use the public boat ramp at the State Park minutes away in Olivia. There is also a nice sandbar in the area for shoreline or wade fishing.
