The condo can be leased out as either a 3 bedroom or the 2 other bedrooms can be locked off and leased separately to maximize rental income. There are Gulf views from two balconies and 2 Association pools, one which is heated. The condo is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and the annual Sandfest.
