Why rent when you can own your own boat slip!!! I have 18 boat slips to sell here at Portofino. Some are 40' and some are 45'. The example I put in this listing is for a 40' slip not located on the T-Head. Water and electricity are available at the slip. Electric is bill at .087 cents per kilowatt. HOA fee is $287/month for 40' slips and $317/month for 45' slips. Buyer must join HOA. HOA fee includes swimming pool, water at your slip, grounds maintenance, lockers, air conditioned restrooms, laundry facility, parking space, clubhouse and showers. Please feel free to go show your client any of the slips mentioned in the Attachments. Owner wants cash sales. Difficult to find a lender for a boat slip. Owner may live on the boat but not renters. No short term rentals.
