There are only 12 truly gulf front condos at the Maravilla and this is one of those 12! Complex has 3 pools, hot tub, dog park, dog wash stations and a fitness room (currently closed). While this condo is gulf front, has an amazing view and has been a successful vacation rental in the past, unfortunately right now it is inaccessible due to structural matters that the Maravilla HOA board of directors is working to rectify.
