Merritt Park Community is where you will find this adorable unit! It is LIKE new and shows very well. It is an end unit and has a lovely front porch and back covered porch all overlooking the wooded area. First of all, it is near the beach of North Myrtle Beach, close to parks, shopping, entertainment etc! This community only allow long term rentals – therefore it is a quiet little place to live or use as a second home. The city of North Myrtle Beach has so many activities throughout the year – Free Summer Concerts on Main Street and NMB Park Complex (just a mile down the street) – Many festivals and parades throughout the year! There is so much to choose from – or you can do nothing and head to our lovely wide beach with a great book. Little River Waterfront also host the famous Blue Crab Festival every May – Which brings many thousands of visitors for some Crab, Crafts and Fun. So, living here is great – the weather is perfect year-round! We have sunbathing, golf, boating, fishing, - just to name a few! So if you are looking to live here permanently or need a second home to visit when you need to get away from snow! You have found it! No renovations needed here – Hurry up – this GEM will not last long!
