Very nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo literally only 300 steps to the sandy beach from the time you walk out of the building. This condo has been well taken care of and it shows. This location is great if you like to walk to eat or have a drink. The Boardwalk is an easy distance. You are within an easy distance to so much you may not have to even get in your car once you park. Pets are allowed for owners only and the size restriction is 30 lbs.
