Looking for a deep water dock? Look no further than 1446 Basin Terrace in Garden City Beach! This classic beach cottage has been extremely well maintained and sits on a large 75' wide lot. The dock has over 7' of water at low tide which is very rare to find in Murrells Inlet! There is even water on the back side of the dock at low tide to get your john boat or jet ski on and off the drive on jet dock. The floating dock is approximately 24' x 14' and the fixed dock is approximately 12' x 12'. The beach cottage was originally built in 1954 and was moved to the current location in 1969/1970.
