Designed by Julia Starr Sanford of Starr Sanford Design, whose architectural vision influenced Alys Beach in the Florida Panhandle and communities such as Mahogany Bay Village in Belize.Inspired by traditional Lowcountry seaside dwellings, Sanford's architectural details maximize outdoor living with wide porches, divided-light windows and doors that welcome natural light and cooling cross ventilation. With interior furnishings by/Amanda Lindroth, the homes embrace the cozy cabin scale with natural materials, textured finishes and timeless furniture including ceruse oak flooring, custom cabinetry with polished nickel features, a daybed and a dining room table. The Bungalows are managed by Sewee Properties and 3035 has a strong rental history which can be provided by request.
