You must see this meticulously restored 1820s Charleston Single overlooking Hampstead Square. It's an easy walk to the Cigar Factory and Historic King and Meeting Street's many local boutiques and eateries. This home was completely restored in 2005--under the ownership of William Bates--from the original timber frame structure, and heart-of-pine floors to the 19th Century light fixtures.
