The Travers House is a ca 1879 George Champlin Mason designed historical treasure. Zoned GB but may be converted to Residential under Building Code 17.14.040-Adaptive reuse projects. This recipient of the Doris Duke Preservation award is a rare survivor of a period of Newport history.
