HideAway Beach Condo Association is a seasonal gated community. You OWN your land and there are NO guest fees! The Season runs from March 1st to Nov 1st and weekends and holidays in the Off - Season. The HOA fee is just $1,000 per year, which entitles you and your guests to all that HideAway Beach has to offer: Community Olympic size swimming pool with Attendant, Clubhouse, Store, Game Room, Laundry facilities, 2 bathhouses, 3 playgrounds, basketball field and complimentary mini golf. This furnished 2001 Quailridge is on Elm Street, directly across from a playground and bathhouse. It has a spacious kitchen, dining area and bathroom with a Velux skylight. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of cabinets, a closet and ceiling fan. The addition was built in 2011-12. It has hurricane and tie down straps and is rated to withstand winds up to 120 mph. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has an IKEA "Tuffing" bunkbed set. Both rooms have solid wood doors and ceiling fans. The Living Room has a queen-sized sofa bed, La-Z-Boy recliner and 60" television.
