This is an adorable 1935 cottage in great shape, has original floors, excellent condition and lovely. Yard surrounds you in old oak trees, palms, camellias and azaleas. The back yard peeks out to the beach and so does the kitchen and main bedroom. It has the perfect size entry porch to enjoy the mornings. The den is cozy but large enough for plenty of entertainment and comfort. The kitchen very functional open area with plenty of counter space and eat-in dining with a view. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are ample for all your needs. Outside you will enjoy a large yard with privacy and the sweet salt aroma of the Gulf! Plenty of space for entertainment, corn hole, catch and more! There is a great old shed in the back that does need some love but it's charm can be saved.
