HOA has approved building another floor up to add more living space if you obtain town approval. Current HOA fees are only $126.50/month & allow rentals & pets. One parking spot plus shared guest spots. This lovely eclectic cottage is approx 160 yards to our gorgeous beaches, & under 2 miles to Commercial street, Ptown shopping and dining.
