Please read. This is not a building lot. It is for recreational purposes only, a permit can be applied for a pier with Maryland Department of the Environment. There is no space for a camper, no ability to park a camper. There is only room for a single vehicle parked along the roadway. There is approximately 1/3 acre on the waterside of the property fronting on beautiful Ape Hole Creek/Pocomoke Sound, with southern exposure. The remainder of the acreage is marsh that lies on the opposite side of the county road. It cannot be built upon. Typically, MDE approves a 100 ft. pier with a 200 sq. ft. "T" "L" at the end. The permit process takes a minimum of 6 months.
