*UPDATE 02.21.2026* Access to lot 3 is now through the road (someone just cleared it beyond lot 5. This sale is for 2 separate waterfront lots located on the POTOMAC River (under one deed). There is 100' +- of waterfront between both lots. Lot 1 is adjacent to the community access lot to the river which you, as a property owner will have access too. Lot 3 is a stand-alone lot that appears to have access to the lot from the paved section of Riverside Drive. BOTH LOTS ARE NOT BUILDABLE at this time. The lots are great for recreation, and the fishing is outstanding from the shore. A few miles away is a public boat ramp to put your boat in and take a very short cruise to your private beach or launch your paddle board or kayak from your property. any questions about the use of the land please call the health department or planning and zoning.
