Little Gasparilla Island is a trip back to Old Florida. This may be the last large parcel of 6.24 acres +or- of beautiful Florida white sandy beach of the complete southern tip of the island which extends down into the clear blue water of the Gulf of Mexico on the west or the Bay between the parcel and Boca Grande on the east. The clear water invites one to swim, wade or just walk around the island in the cool waters. All the beaches below the mean high-water mark are open to explore, gather the numerous shells, jog or walk the eight-mile-long island. One can only reach this paradise by boat or water taxi. There are no bridges which means no cars on the Island. Golf cart only to explore and go from dock to beach access trails. Enjoy the many benefits of natural beauty with fishing, birdwatching and the nightly beauty of star lite skies with no streetlights to interfere with your star gazing. Last but certainly not least are the magnificent sunsets in the western sky overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with nothing between you and the water but open beach of your private tip of Little Gasparilla Island.
