Buy for your own boat or for an investment; easy to rent on a monthly basis. This rack is the 2nd rack up, dimensions are 9'8" W X 25' D X 10' H. The maximum vessel dimensions for this rack are 8.8' W X 25' D X 8'6". The monthly maintenance fee is $404. The marina is designed with your boat's safety and security in mind. The outside work racks are for you to do minor work on your boat at your convenience. There is a fish station for you to clean your catch of the day, rolling carts to help carry your gear to and from your personal vehicle, and a designated parking area. Need fuel, bait, or ice? Pull up to the fuel dock after you launch your boat and all three are available for purchase!
