Just as you cross over the bridge & enter Marco, this concrete floating dock marina is the first right and close to all island amenities for your yacht's provisioning needs. This slip has 100, 50 & 30 AMP shore power connections. The clubhouse has a pool & barbecue area, ice, showers/restrooms, laundry, a gym, conference room, mailboxes & a dockmaster onsite daily. As an owner in this 120 slip owner's organization, you may also rent your slip through the marina office management or enter it into the transient pool for supplemental income when not using your slip.
