13 TRANSIENT building rights for use only within City of Marathon, included Crassy Key. These rights are for nightly rentals of hotel, motel, campground, or RV spaces. These rights can be applied to a multi-family or single family structure, with certain stipulations, so long as the property is within the correct zoning. Total of 13 transient building rights available - $350.000 each. Price is firm. You don't have to have a receiver site in hand today to purchase, the City will allow you to ''park'' the rights on the City RE # for a given amount of time until a receiver site is secured. You can buy the rights today and find your location later. No property taxes or monthly carrying costs attached to this transient TBR. There is NO TRANSFER FEE . This sale DOES NOT include any land, buildings, or real estate.
