The snow and cold air is upon us and what better way to warm up than to own your very own beach condo. This spacious corner unit boats 1386 square feet, two bedrooms, two full baths and all recently upgraded. With exception of a few items this unit is fully furnished. New appliances, A/C, matresses, building has a new roof, 50 yr recertification completed, pool upgraded a few years ago, fairly new elevators and did I mention the beach is within your view. Association claims this building is 55+. Although maintenance is quoted as a monthly amount the association collects maintenance on a quarterly basis.
