15200 emerald coast parkway, Destin, FL 32541

Island Paradise Retreat, from the semi-private elevator that opens directly into the foyer/living room/dining and kitchen areas. This corner wrap-around south facing unit has Destin's best sunset views at the Gulf of Mexico. Steps from Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Back Porch and The Sand Bar. Professionally decorated in comforting beachy vibes - grays and hint of Gulf colors throughout. The white marble counters in kitchen and all bathrooms and the washer/dryer area. Newer coastal wood looking tile throughout the entire condo. Entire unit is painted in a hint of gray with tan undertones. Chic leather love seat and sofa (both are sleeper/sofas). The coastal furniture is Risa's and Sugar Beach Interiors. Great residence for island living, so close you can hear the tides and watch the surf.
