Some here in our building rent for $250 a night and collect $7,500 a month. Others said they make $6,000. Most rooms are not suites like mine, they are studios which are half-size. I have never seen any place that has 3 pools, a Tiki bar, firepit, a lovely beach, an indoor Olympic size pool indoor, an exercise room, a sauna, two hot tubs, and a restaurant like we have here. I have two electric queen beds with Memory foam mattresses and message in a separate 20 feet bedroom with a TV, completely furnished for you to rent out or use yourself, equipped kitchen, and a living room with a leather couch with electric recliners on both sides.
