Useppa Island still has a few remaining buildable lots, and this particular one has a lot to offer those who wish to build the ideal island retreat to perfectly suit their needs. Located on the north end of this entirely private island, the primary views are elevated and to the east over the water of Pine Island Sound. Evidence of Useppa's past still exists on site, in the form of a 100 year old water cistern, which once served the "Tarpon Inn" hotel, until its final closure in 1935.
