The "Beach House" is located on Useppa Island's beach shoreline and features big water views to the east with daily sunrise performances. Its outdoor space is impressive all around, with a collection of porches with two exterior stairwells direct to the beach. Dockage is solved with a slip & boatlift at a nearby shared dock which are included. Upon entry, the water views are in full effect through a series of stackable sliders which separate the living space from a beautifully renovated porch. Within the living room is a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings and a dining area, all of which have full focus of the water. Astride the living room is a spacious kitchen with new appliances and freshly re-finished cabinetry. Through the living room and beyond the fireplace you'll find the Master and one of two ensuite guest bedrooms. The Master has water views and direct access to the living room porch and its stairway to the beach. The third guest bedroom is independently located and accessed to the north of the front door.
