Kitchen has been remodeled and an extra room/bedroom put in the attic. There is a half bath in basement along with a workshop and storage space with a door to the back yard. There is a garage and large greenhouse. The cove is a special place for kayaking, sailing, fishing and photographing and the water views are always changing along with the bird life visiting.
