Perfect Beach Condo ~ A unique almost hidden gem ! Beachwalk is a wonderful and true second home community. All the living spaces are on the first floor and the sleeping quarters with two bedrooms are upstairs. UV film & black out drapes have been added on the south facing glass doors, a new cabinet with an electric fireplace has been added in the living room. There are all new outdoor light fixtures on the north facing balconies, all new switches and outlets, and 4 tall balcony chairs have been purchased. The Beachwalk Condominium Community is a group of 18 individual homeowners who take care of the entire community themselves. Each owner is responsible for their own individual unit. Beachwalk Condominium HOA members work together in doing all their own yard work and maintenance of their complex. A large portion of this work is done at the fall Annual HOA meeting and “Work Day”.
