Sailboat Bay is a private, gated, deep-water harbor community located on the southeast shore of Mobile Bay at the mouth of the Bon Secour River on Plash Island. This 39-building, 184-unit condominium complex features a tennis court, a fitness room, two swimming pools (plus a kiddie pool and whirlpool/spa) and an assigned boat slip for every unit. In addition to the deep-water harbor facilities, Sailboat Bay proudly sports an Olympic-sized pool with integral wading pool located at the edge of Mobile Bay (West Pool).
